Subject: Trip to China/Austrians/Roland

Dear Friends of Austria:

I was asked by several friends, after my last great trip to China in Feb. & March 2007, to put together 

another trip to China. This time the trip will also take 15 days: to Beijing, Terra Cotta Warriors, followed

 by a 3-day cruise down the Yangtze River to see all the beautiful Qutang, Wu and Xiling Gorges and onto 

Shanghai.

The time slot for this endeavor would be this year either in November 07 or in Feb. 2008. Unfortunately

the prices after the summer Olympics will skyrocket.

This year is your chance to get it still a lot cheaper.

Presently I am just inquiring who would be interested in joining us on this trip, under the motto “Austrians 

going to China” and if I don’t get at least 30 persons interested, I will not go any further with the planning.

Presently the price is calculated, flights departure from Ottawa, or Toronto, or Montreal, or anywhere 

west of Montreal, (except Halifax it costs an extra $ 250.00 per person).

Ottawa-Vancouver- Beijing and return, plus hotels, food, transportation inside 

China tour guides and taxes and all tips plus China Visa would cost $ 4, 010.00.

I would highly recommend you take the Health insurance and cancellation

 insurance package which also includes the taxes, this naturally would be extra

ages 20-59 = $ 248.00, ages 60-64 = $ 305.00, ages 65-69 = $ 366.00,

ages 70-74 = $ 488.00

and 75- and older you have to get your own Health insurance but the

cancellation only costs $ 426 per person. Single add $ 700.00.
