What Can We Do For You?

We specialize in business marketing plans for the baking industry, hence we are familiar with the most recent trends in the industry.

Your bakery may be a new one or you are planning an expansion. Whatever the situation, the marketing plan will focus you on priorities.

We will meet with you to determine the areas of importance. You will be involved every step of the way.

The completed plan will be your plan, you will be involved in the research, and you will be drawing conclusions with our guidance.

The plan is tailored to your individual situation and needs. Once we have drawn our conclusions, we will help you to summarize and write the plan.

The more you get involved, the more you will learn about your market and keep the costs of the plan within your budget.

  Business and Marketing Plans

A Business Plan has two Objectives:

  • It may serve as a guide for a company to meeting its business goals and objective;

  • or, it can be used as a tool to obtain funding. Most financial institutions will ask for a business plan before they consider financing.

Why do we need a Business Plan?

A business plan is a road map. It outlines where the business intends to go and how it plans to get there. A well-written business plan will reduce the chances of failure; it encourages the owners of the business to focus. The very act of writing, forces management to address vital issues that may otherwise have been missed.

Further, without a written plan a business may not be taken seriously. A well-written plan demonstrates that some serious thought and research has gone into the planning of the business.

A business plan is considered to be an important sales tool that can be used to approach an investor or lending institution. Lenders want to be convinced that the new business has a competent management team and the skills to be successful.

Business plans are very useful before starting or purchasing a business or when the business intends to expand.

Marketing Plans

Marketing plans are usually part of a business plan – but are frequently used separately to market businesses and their products. They are vital when management intends to expand, become more aggressive, move into new markets, and introduce new product lines. In addition, they can be used on an ongoing basis as a marketing and planning tool.

In order to focus your business, you must be aware of industry trends; you need to know your competitors, their strength and their weaknesses in relation to yours. You also must know your customers, their habits, and preferences. Once established, you need to determine the products they want to buy.

Finally, to ensure that you are on target, you will need to set-up a system that will allow you to objectively measure and monitor your progress.
