Happy Spring, Members!
Does anyone have a foolproof remedy to keep deer out of tulips? I came home today and all my tulips in one section of the garden are gone! Right down to the ground! I guess spring is here.
The General Meeting will be held on April 22nd at 2:00 p.m. If you get your letter by mail, that day will already be past. In the last letter, I had a list of people who are receiving their 25 Year pins on this occasion, but the names were incorrect. Those people received their pins last year. My apologies, here are the true 25 Year Members:

The “Hansi Kiesler Show” on May 2nd is completely sold out. Anneliese Höpp will put you on a waiting list if you don’t have tickets. I’m really looking forward to this evening! Thanks to everyone who is accommodating the band members during their stay.
Our choir extends an invitation to their Spring Concert to be held May 6th at 3:00 p.m. Support your club and the choir by attending. How about joining the choir as well? Please call Fred Huber at 905-337-2991 for more details.
The Ladies’ Auxiliary would like to give advance notice regarding their Strawberry Fest to be held June 24th. More details next time. The ladies meet on the last Wednesday of each month at 1:00 p.m. If you are interested in joining the Ladies’ Auxiliary, please call Helga Schopf at 905-664-6254.
We would also like to give advance notice that at the “Stiftungsfest “ we will have the “Alpine Dancers” from Kitchener performing. This dance includes a dinner, and the price is the same as last year, $20.00 for members and $25.00 for nonmembers.
