| Brownie Christmas Trees (Magazine AD 1998) 1.Grease bottom of a 15"x10"x1" or 11"x7"x1" baking pan*. Prepare 1 (1 lb 3.5 oz.) package "Pillsbury Rich & Moist Fudge Brownie Mix" according to package directions. For extra rich brownies, stir 1 cup "M&M's Mini Baking Bits" into batter. Spread batter evenly into greased pan. 2. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. COOL COMPLETELY. Use a cookie cutter to cut out into tree shapes**. 3. Add a few drops green food coloring to one can "Pillsbury Creamy Supreme Vanilla Frosting". Frost brownie trees; decorate with M&Ms--either in the mini form or in the large candy form (depending on cookie cutter size). Store Covered. Makes about 15 3 inch brownie trees TIPS: *Pan can be lined with aluminum foil for easy removal of brownies. Grease bottom of foil-lined pan. **You can save the extra brownie pieces for snaking or crumbling over ice cream! |
