Whatever you decide to do in Austria, make sure you have fun while you are doing it. Aside from the cultural aspects, visitors can go on hourly or daylong mountain hikes, enjoy the wonderful scenery, fresh air, and the physical exercise we all need to keep us healthy and fit. Along the way you may have an opportunity to pet a cow and meet the owners of an "alm" high up in the mountains. And should you get tired from the long trip don't hesitate to sit down and have a "Brotzeit" (break), a little "Schnaps" and enjoy the great view of the magnificent mountains.

There is no shortage if entertainment. If you don't understand the humour, you will certainly understand the music and "Ein Prosit der Gemütlichkeit." Make no mistake the setting can be original -- the entertainment may take place in a cow stable. But who cares when you can have so much fun.

If the entertainment does not make you happy, perhaps a Harley Davidson will - after all it's a girl's best friend.

Horses have always been the passion of Austrians. Have you ever been pulled by a pair of Nordica's? WOW what a ride - we passed every surprised mountain biker on this wild ride. With two horsepower, who needs a BMW?

For those who like photography there is no shortage of subjects, great surroundings, and interesting faces.

If horses don't turn you on, then perhaps sailing  the Austrian lakes will -- that is if you don't need to sleep off the previous night's party. The lakes in Austria are just as magnificent as the mountain scenery. The sunsets can be as dramatic than anywhere else on this earth
